Abbey Placements is looking for reliable people to assemble wire harnesses for a local manufacturing company in Normal, IL.
Description of Assembler
- Strip wires and assemble wire harnesses by hand
- Inspect and test completed assemblies
- Full time, long-term position
- Will train
- 1st and 2nd shift positions
- Temp-to-perm
- Can accommodate employees who only speak Spanish
Requirements of Assembler
- Good hand-eye coordination a big plus
- Must be able to work on feet 8-10 hours a day
- Must have reliable transportation, position is NOT on a bus line
- Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check
- Reliable work history with good references required
Compensation of Assembler
- $13-$13.50 per hour
